1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/EEA have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt (“Cooling‑Off Period”) without giving any reason and without incurring costs other than the direct cost of returning the goods.
2. How to Return
2.1. Notify us at info@roundswitch.com within 14 days of receipt.
2.2. Return the unused, undamaged Product in its original packaging to:

3. Refunds
3.1. We will issue a refund of the purchase price (excluding outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
3.2. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Customized or bespoke Products.
Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
